Commemorated on November 11, this beloved Saint was martyred by the Emperor Maximian in 296 AD. This little booklet was created by the sisters of the Life Giving Spring Monastery in Dunlap, CA in the hopes that more people will come to know and love him as they do.

Saint Menas is also a helper for those who have lost something. He has been known to return items, even from far away. It has been said that he returns things quickly because he was a soldier and has a horse.
